Online Therapy

Sometimes it’s not always possible to be face-to-face, so I offer a Zoom-based private platform (password protected) to enable therapy from a distance

Walk & Talk Therapy

By embracing movement and exercise, along with fresh air we can walk and talk our way through your thoughts

Therapeutic Horticulture

By simply doing gardening tasks together, we can share as we work within your own private garden utilising my Diploma of Garden Design and horticulture experience

 My confidential listening service is based on the Central Coast between Pearl Beach and Terrigal.  

My private fees across these therapies are:

Indoor sessions are 

$125 per 50 minute session

 Outdoor sessions within a 20 min travel time are

$175 per 50 minute session for Walk & Talk

or

$280 per 100 minute session for Therapeutic Horticulture incl set-up & tidy
